Food Stalls & Market Vendors – Paanja/Barra Bash Festival 2025

Dates: September 26th, 27th & 28th, 2025

The Paanja/Barra Bash Festival 2025 is fast approaching, and we are inviting expressions of interest from individuals, businesses, and community members interested in operating a food stall or market stall at the event.
If you would like to be part of this exciting festival, we invite you to attend an initial meeting for interested vendors:

Date: Friday, April 4th, 2025
Time: 11:00 AM
Venue: Wild Cape Café 

This meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss event requirements, including permits, food safety regulations, and preparation guidelines. It will also allow you to start planning ahead for a successful stall setup.
If you're interested in arts, crafts, plants, or other market stalls, we encourage you to attend as well!
